Stephen Warnock Launches New Podcast: Strain on the Game

Former Premier League and England international Stephen Warnock has swapped the commentary box for the podcast mic with the launch of Strain on the Game, a brand-new show that takes listeners inside the physical, mental, and financial demands of elite football.

Co-hosted with elite performance coach Adrian Lamb, Strain on the Game offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to perform at the top level. From brutal pre-season regimes and injury rehab to nutrition plans, player welfare, and the business realities of the game, Stephen and Adrian bring decades of first-hand experience to the table.
